Shipping Policy

Divara ships its products to various locations. Orders are processed and shipped after confirmation. However, for selected products, shipping may be delayed due to customization or other specific requirements.

Delivery Timeline

Products are typically delivered within 7 to 10 days from the date of shipping.

At times, there may be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. Divara shall not be held liable for such delays and requests customers’ cooperation while we work to minimize these instances.

Divara reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion if delivery takes longer than the usual timeframe or if the shipment becomes physically untraceable. In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original source account.
